We currently have an exciting opportunity available for a State Manager to support our outstanding Hospitality teams across Victora and Tasmania.

With a commitment to quality of delivery and a personable approach to business, you will:

• Execute best-in-class service standards and experiences to our customers and clients
• Establish and maintain a high-performance culture
• Lead, coach and develop a team of Managers
• Manage, nurture and maintain high quality client relationships ensuring their needs are always met
• Have a continual service delivery improvement drive
• Compliance of all policy and procedures protecting our clients, customer and teams 
• Have strong financial acumen, achieve targeted results and report success
• Retain existing business and support growth of new business

Candidates with significant multi-location leadership experience over the Retail & Events F&B space and who enjoy a fast-paced working environment are encouraged to apply.

This is a rewarding but demanding role and to be effective you will need to demonstrate resilience, initiative and a positive presence. You must be results driven and team orientated, leading a strong local team with a disciplined approach.
