Join Trippas White Group as a Senior Event Sales Manager, driving wedding and event sales across iconic venues including the Royal Botanic Gardens, Centennial Homestead, and premium CBD locations.

This fast-paced role is ideal for a results-driven sales professional passionate about events and exceeding targets. You’ll manage the full sales cycle—from enquiry to conversion—while maximising revenue and delivering exceptional client experiences.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and convert event enquiries, with a strong focus on weddings
  • Conduct site inspections, prepare proposals, and secure contracts
  • Deliver tailored sales solutions aligned with client needs and budgets
  • Drive revenue through upselling and yield management strategies
  • Maintain strong client relationships to generate repeat and referral business
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless event delivery
  • Track sales performance, forecasts, and budgets to meet targets
  • Represent the business at industry events, open days, and networking opportunities

 

About You

  • Proven experience in event sales, ideally within weddings or hospitality
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of meeting sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficient in CRM and event management systems (Priava and Fedelta highly regarded)
  • Positive, proactive, and driven to succeed
