The Role
This is a hands-on, strategic role responsible for owning and optimising our digital channels to drive bookings, engagement and revenue. You’ll sit at the intersection of marketing, tech and operations - working closely with brand, creative and venue teams to ensure best-in-class digital execution.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Strategy & Performance
• Develop and execute the group’s digital marketing strategy across paid, owned and earned channels
• Drive online reservations, event enquiries and customer acquisition
• Manage performance marketing (Meta, Google, programmatic) with a strong ROI focus
• Optimise conversion across website and booking platforms
Website & UX
• Own website strategy, updates and ongoing optimisation (SEO, CRO, UX)
• Work with developers to improve site speed, functionality and integrations
• Lead landing page creation for campaigns, events and new venue launches
CRM & Data
• Oversee CRM strategy (email, SMS, database growth and segmentation)
• Build automated customer journeys to drive repeat visitation
• Analyse customer data and campaign performance to inform decisions
Content & Social Integration
• Collaborate with creative/content teams to deliver best-in-class digital campaigns
• Ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints
• Support social and content strategy with performance insights
Analytics & Reporting
• Own digital reporting across all venues
• Provide actionable insights on performance, trends and opportunities
• Manage budgets and forecast digital ROI
About You
• 5+ years’ experience in digital marketing (hospitality, lifestyle or multi-site retail preferred)
• Strong performance marketing experience (Meta & Google Ads essential)
• Experience managing websites (CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify or similar)
• Solid understanding of SEO, CRO and digital analytics (GA4, etc.)
• CRM experience
• Commercially minded with a strong focus on revenue and ROI
• Highly organised, proactive and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
