We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Front of House Receptionist to support our outstanding Hospitality Operations Team for one of our leading Corporate Clients, Ernst & Young.

If you are committed to providing class leading experiences, are self-motivated, enjoy working in a team environment that supports each other to exceed our clients’ expectations and really enjoy interacting with people, then we want to hear from you. Ultimately, it’s your attitude that’s most important to us, however previous experience within a hospitality or customer service environment is an advantage. You’ll need to be flexible and available to work across a variety of early, day and evening shifts from 7.00am to 3.00pm and 10.00am to 6.00pm, Monday to Friday.

About you - your Responsibilities, Skills and Experience

  • You’re experienced at making a great first impression
  • You know how to support excellent client experiences
  • You want to have positive interactions with all clients to support our brand values
  • You have a team player mentality and can easily multitask
  • You’re flexible, deal easily with change and cope well under pressure
  • You have thorough understanding of food service, event preparation and delivery. Restaurant, hotel or banqueting experience is preferred
  • You’re willing to take direction and are open to learn new skills
  • You’re open and honest in the way you communicate and pride yourself on your integrity
  • You’re experienced or are familiar with Hosting in a fast paced environment
