Seeking a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Hand to join our team. This role is primarily Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend shifts as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen
- Receiving and storing deliveries Removing rubbish and keeping work areas tidy
- Supporting the kitchen team as needed during service
- Assisting chefs with basic food preparation
- Working Hours: Rotating roster: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM 12:30 PM – 8:30 PM
- Mainly Monday to Friday - occasional weekend work may be required
Requirements:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Good attention to cleanliness and hygiene
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts and occasional weekends
