We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable Function Staff to join our team for weddings, corporate events, conferences, and special occasions.
About the Role
As a Function Staff member, you will play an important role in delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will assist with event setup, food and beverage service, guest interaction, and pack-down while maintaining high standards of professionalism and hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Setting up and packing down function and event spaces
- Serving food and beverages to guests
- Carrying trays and clearing tables
- Providing friendly and professional customer service
- Assisting with bar service (where applicable)
- Maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards throughout events
- Following food safety, RSA, and venue procedures
- Working effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
About You
- Friendly, energetic, and professional presentation
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work efficiently in busy environments
- Previous hospitality or function experience is advantageous but not essential
- Current NSW RSA ( required )
