Food & Beverage Attendant – All Rounder
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Food & Beverage Attendant All Rounder to join our team.
In this hands-on role, you'll work across all areas of the venue, providing outstanding service and ensuring every guest has a memorable experience. No two days are the same, and you'll be expected to assist wherever needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver friendly, professional customer service.
- Take food and beverage orders and operate the POS system.
- Prepare and serve coƯee, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages (whereapplicable).
- Deliver food and beverages eƯiciently and accurately.
- Set up, clear, and maintain dining and service areas.
- Handle cash and process customer payments.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and presentation.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house team.
- Assist in all areas of the venue as required to support smooth daily operations.
About You:
- Previous hospitality experience is preferred but not essential.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays.
- Current RSA (or willingness to obtain one) is highly regarded.
