The Role
We are looking for fantastic front of house team members to work at the National Gallery of Australia in the new Oculus café, opening in September 2026 and across events. If you have experience working in a fine food and beverage establishment, delivering premium quality service and goods, we would love to hear from you.
You will have current and recent experience working as a food and beverage attendant, have a real passion for customer satisfaction and know how to provide efficient, professional service in a busy environment.

To be successful in this role, you must have:
- 2+ years’ customer interaction experience
- Experience with Cash Handling and POS Systems
- Ability to work under pressure & within a fast-paced café/events
- Flexible availability – including evening and weekend shifts
- Current RSA is essential
- Coffee skills are advantageous though not-essential
