About the Role

As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you will be responsible for creating memorable guest experiences through warm hospitality, efficient service, and attention to detail. You will work collaboratively with the team to ensure all operations run smoothly and guests receive outstanding service at every interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to customers with a friendly and professional approach
• Deliver food and beverages in accordance with company presentation standards
• Ensure all functions and service areas are maintained and cleared within required timeframes
• Provide informed menu recommendations and confidently explain menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods
• Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and the premium presentation of the venue
• Adhere to all health, safety, hygiene, and food handling standards
• Follow company policies, procedures, and liquor licensing requirements
• Build positive relationships with clients and customers through effective communication
• Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery

• A professional and polished presentation
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Team-oriented attitude with a positive work ethic
• Understanding of food safety and workplace health & safety requirements
• Previous hospitality experience highly regarded
