About the role:
We want you! As the Food & Beverage contractor for Virgin Australia, we are seeking keen and passionate part time and full time chefs to join our dynamic kitchen team at the Virgin Australia Lounge in Perth.
This is a rare opportunity to represent an iconic international brand, delivering a high-quality food experience to Virgin Australia's most highly valued lounge guests in a fast-paced kitchen. Shifts run across 7 days a week and include early 03:30 AM start and 11:30 PM late finishes.
About You:
- 3-4 years' experience in a professional kitchen
- Qualifications or trade experience equivalent
- Good knowledge of food safety, hygiene and OH&S
- Exceptional grooming and pride in presentation
- Easy access to your own transport for early starts and late finishes
- Passionate, dedicated, reliable and willing to learn
