The Role:

We have an outstanding opportunity for a dedicated Chef who can become part of the team at our exclusive boarding school. This is a casual or part time position.

Set within a pristine and modern school, you will be responsible for the weekend daily boarding meals and assisting with delivery of various functions as they arise. You will be a skilled chef with the ability to work autonomously, build and maintain service expectations as well as being a respected part of the team.

Successful applicants will have a self-motivated attitude and be able to drive the team to meet and exceed the expectations.

  • Excellent organisation skills, ability to work independently to complete all kitchen related tasks, including:
    • food preparation.
    • Cleaning of kitchen.
  • Knowledge of / qualifications in Food Safety.
  • Availability to work weekends.  Friday – Sunday 11am – 7pm
  • Strong personal presentation.
  • Strong inter-personal and communication skills. 
  • Working with Children Check
