The Role:
This is a full time position, on a 38 week fixed term contract, based in Croydon, with options of working at various other sites when not in operation in and around Sydney.
You will be responsible for:
- School Community Catering - Boarding Houses
- Preparation of Functions and events as required
- Food Safety for Site - Food Safety Supervisor Certificate is an advantage
- Following a cleaning plan to ensure all cleaning and sanitising is maintained
- Managing stock rotation to minimise wastage
- Ensuring all safety, hygiene and food presentation is maintained to a high quality
