We are seeking an enthusiastic casual Chef who is looking to join a fantastic, fun & supportive team at International House, St Lucia QLD.

To be successful in this role you will be a highly motivated individual who enjoys working in a fast paced environment.

Additionally, You Will Have:

• Previous experience in cooking and preparing food whilst adhering to food presentation standards.
• Strong comprehension and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work as per the food safety standard operating procedures, with an ability to maintain a clean, safe and hygienic workspace consistently.
• The capability to multi-task, follow direction and work unsupervised and alone at times
• Organizational skills and the ability to work well under pressure

About You:

• A passion for great food!
• Relevant trade qualification or strong commercial cookery skills
• Thorough understanding of WH&S and Food Safety practices
• A high attention to detail with a hands-on approach
• A team player
