members’ club set right on Sydney Harbour. As the official base for Australia’s

America’s Cup challenger, RPEYC is entering an exciting period of growth and highprofile events — making this an exceptional time to join the team.

The Role

We are looking for a confident and professional Catering & Beverage Supervisor to oversee daily operations and support our hospitality team. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who leads by example, delivers exceptional service, and ensures smooth operations across both catering and beverage service.

About You

• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or team leader role within hospitality
• Exceptional customer service skills with a warm and professional manner
• Current RSA required
• Well-presented, punctual and reliable
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently
• Availability across weekends, afternoons and evenings
• A team player who can lead staff confidently during busy service periods
