Cafe Supervisor – Join Our Team

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Cafe Supervisor to help lead our team and deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

About the Role

As a Cafe Supervisor, you will work closely with management to oversee daily operations, support and develop team members, maintain service standards, and ensure the smooth running of the venue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate front-of-house staff during service
  • Deliver outstanding customer service
  • Assist with staff training and development
  • Manage daily opening and closing procedures
  • Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally
  • Monitor cleanliness, presentation, and food safety standards
  • Assist with stock control and ordering
  • Support rostering and labour management as required
  • Work closely with kitchen and management teams to ensure efficient service

About You

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within hospitality
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to remain calm and organised under pressure
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Availability to work weekends, public holidays, and flexible shifts
  • Current NSW RSA (preferred)
  • Barista experience highly regarded
