About the Role
As a Café All-Rounder, you will be involved in all aspects of café operations, including customer service, coffee making, food service, cleaning, and maintaining a welcoming environment for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and professional customer service
- Take customer orders and process payments
- Prepare coffee and other beverages to a consistent standard
- Serve food and beverages
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the café
- Restock displays and supplies
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Work effectively as part of a team during busy service periods
About You
- Basic barista experience and ability to make espresso-based coffees
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays
- Previous café or hospitality experience preferred
