We’re on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Bar Staff to join the opening team of our brand-new venue located in the prestigious Porter House Hotel. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside a hatted chef in a high-end dining environment that promises excellence in both service and cuisine.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve premium cocktails, wines and spirits
- Provide friendly and professional bar service
- Ensure bar operations run smoothly during service
- Maintain a clean, organised and well-presented bar area
- Uphold RSA standards at all times
What We’re Looking For
- Valid RSA and valid visa to work in Australia
- Previous experience in cocktail bars
- Excellent presentation, punctuality and responsibility
- Strong customer service skills – our number one priority
- Wine and cocktail knowledge
- Team player with a proactive attitude
- Availability for evenings, weekends and public holidays
